Beef
Beef is available down to the 1/8th package. Our price incorporates all processing fees at our USDA processor. An 8th typically starts at approximately 60 pounds of packaged meat, depending on the steer type, amount of fat trimmed, and the number of boneless vs. bone-in cuts.
Pork
Pork is available by the half or whole. A whole pig should yield approximately 150 pounds of packaged meat. The price does not include processing, which is paid separately to the processor and varies depending on the amount smoked or turned into sausage/brats. Processing adds $100-$200 depending on cut instructions.
Dependent on availability, we also sell pork by-the-cut from our inventory.
Lamb
Lamb is available by the half or whole. A whole lamb will yield approximately 35-40 pounds of packaged meat.
We also usually have ground lamb, stew meat, shanks, chops and roasts available to purchase by-the-cut.
