You can reserve lambs for your personal use, retail, restaurant, or special events! Reserve lambs by the half or whole lamb with a $250 per lamb deposit or make an event reservation with a 40% deposit based on your event’s needs or case/cut specifications. You do not need to know your exact menu today to place a reservation. However, if you are envisioning rack of lamb or lamb chops, these premium cuts are reserved in the order of deposits received with a confirmed cut specification.
Our current anticipated inventory of lambs will support approximately 20,000 premium entrees and approximately 20,000 servings of appetizers/handhelds. We have access to additional USA Solar Sourced lambs through our network and anticipate our own supply increasing significantly based on solar grazing development.
