A few days old

At a few days old, the pups rely on mom for everything, but they began to receive Early Neurological Stimulation from Days 3-16 to aid with future mental development.

30 days old

The pups get a mixture of high quality puppy food and raw meats. They began by cycling a week at a time with different ground meats, but quickly adapted to a much wider palate.

The pups are big, robust representatives of the GP breed, raring to go and ready to explore the world outside the whelping shed and the limited as-yet access to the sheep flock, free-range poultry (who come to say hello!), and other critters.

At 6 weeks

At 6 weeks

At 6 weeks, the puppies had their first car ride, first vet visit. Per our vet’s guidance, they receive their first vaccines and deworming at this visit. Everyone weighed 10 to 12 and a half pounds and were all declared healthy!

We wouldn’t advise tossing the toddler into a puppy pile like we might enjoy as adults much bigger than a puppy, but one or two on one, the puppies are well-behaved and enjoy the attention from our son.

At 60 days old, the 2019 litter is very inquisitive and interested in all farm chores, including building pens!
