Preorder USA Solar Sourced(R) lamb from our ewes grazing on solar in Illinois, Indiana, and/or Michigan for delivery dates in Q3-4 of 2027.

Take home yield of approximately 35-40 pounds for whole lamb, 15-20 pounds for half lamb.

Lambs ordered for personal use will be custom-processed according to your cut specifications at a local lamb processor. Cut sheet and invoice for processing and remainder provided 30 days from processing date to confirm your desired cuts. $100 deposit per lamb required to reserve your lamb(s). Final based on market rate the month of delivery.
